We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there's an issue, returns or replacements can be arranged according to the policy below.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or defective items. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
Used puja items, prasad or perishable goods, and customized/special-order items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support with your order number to request a return. A representative will verify the item and arrange pickup or replacement.
Refunds
For approved returns, refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via mobile banking, and online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
